PRODUCTION TIME

All items, unless specified in the listing including sale and ready to ship items, are MADE TO ORDER. Please allow between 10-14 working days for production PLUS shipping time to your country. Face coverings have a 5 working day turnaround.

SHIPPING

UK deliveries - Our standard shipping is via Royal Mail 1st class and takes between 1-3 days to arrive. We offer free 1st class shipping on all orders over £50. If you would like recorded or special delivery please contact us.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES 

International orders under £100 are sent via Standard Airmail, this is an UNTRACKED service. A tracked service is available at extra cost, please enquire if you would like tracked airmail. Orders over £100 are automatically upgraded to a TRACKED service free of charge. Orders can take between 5-30 days to arrive to your designated country. Due to covid-19 there may be extra delays.

Customs - Lauren Holloway is not responsible for any customs charges your country may incur. Each country has different rules for import and custom fees so we advise you to check the rules of your country with regards to any additional costs you might be asked to pay.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Lauren Holloway we want you to be 100% satisfied with your product. If for any reason you are not happy please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order so we can work on a solution. If a decision is made to return an item it must be sent back  within 14 days of receipt in it's original condition and repackaged carefully. It must show no signs of use, wear or manipulation and be in a re-saleable condition. Once received we will refund the full cost of the item excluding shipping fees using the original payment method. 

In the event that the item you have received is faulty, you have 30 days to return the item for a full refund or replacement. After 30 days a refund will not be offered but we can offer a repair or replacement. Shipping fees will be incurred by us for any returned items that are faulty.

It is advisable for you to obtain a proof of posting when returning items, as they remain your ownership and responsibility until we have received them, and acknowledged receipt.

In the event that the goods are not in re-saleable condition, we reserve the right not to provide a refund and you will be responsible for the cost of such goods being returned to you, within 28 days of our notification.

SALE ITEMS & CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE OR RETURNABLE

Colour, firmness and surface appearance of the products may vary because leather is a natural material, therefore these are not considered defects. We do not accept any of the above as claims.

WE DO OUR BEST to photograph the work but please keep in mind that the image colour may appear differently according to your computer screen.

What is recycled leather?

Up to 75% of traditional leather is unused and often destined for landfill. All the leather used on our bags is manufactured from 1000's of tons of waste leather and made into a new, engineered product which is sustainable, durable and has the look and feel of real leather.

This manufacturing process combines traditional leather fibres without the use of unfriendly adhesives that can be harmful to the environment. Furthermore, it recycles 95% of the process water and waste streams are converted into energy which is fed back into the system.

How long will my product take to make?

We specify 10-14 day production time on most made-to-order products, if you need your order dispatched sooner please contact us and let us know.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

All orders are carefully wrapped in brown parcel paper or tissue paper. No invoice information is sent with the order. Please make a comment on the order if you would like a special note added.

What are your returns & exchanges policy?

Do you offer a tracked service for international orders?

International orders over the value of £100 are sent via a tracked and signed service. If your order is under £100 and you would like it sent tracked please email us for a quote.

How long will my order take to arrive from the United Kingdom?

Please allow between 1-4 weeks for international delivery. Please note that due to Covid-19 international shipping times may be delayed.

Due to Brexit there are now stricter customs regulations in place for packages leaving the UK to the EU. Packages may incur a longer waiting time than usual plus there may be a customs and handling fee to be paid.

Orders between 10€ and 150€ customers are likely to be charged Import Tax and a handling fee.
