All items, unless specified in the listing including sale and ready to ship items, are MADE TO ORDER. Please allow between 10-14 working days for production PLUS shipping time to your country. Face coverings have a 5 working day turnaround.
UK deliveries - Our standard shipping is via Royal Mail 1st class and takes between 1-3 days to arrive. We offer free 1st class shipping on all orders over £50. If you would like recorded or special delivery please contact us.
International orders under £100 are sent via Standard Airmail, this is an UNTRACKED service. A tracked service is available at extra cost, please enquire if you would like tracked airmail. Orders over £100 are automatically upgraded to a TRACKED service free of charge. Orders can take between 5-30 days to arrive to your designated country. Due to covid-19 there may be extra delays.
Customs - Lauren Holloway is not responsible for any customs charges your country may incur. Each country has different rules for import and custom fees so we advise you to check the rules of your country with regards to any additional costs you might be asked to pay.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Lauren Holloway we want you to be 100% satisfied with your product. If for any reason you are not happy please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order so we can work on a solution. If a decision is made to return an item it must be sent back within 14 days of receipt in it's original condition and repackaged carefully. It must show no signs of use, wear or manipulation and be in a re-saleable condition. Once received we will refund the full cost of the item excluding shipping fees using the original payment method.
In the event that the item you have received is faulty, you have 30 days to return the item for a full refund or replacement. After 30 days a refund will not be offered but we can offer a repair or replacement. Shipping fees will be incurred by us for any returned items that are faulty.
It is advisable for you to obtain a proof of posting when returning items, as they remain your ownership and responsibility until we have received them, and acknowledged receipt.
In the event that the goods are not in re-saleable condition, we reserve the right not to provide a refund and you will be responsible for the cost of such goods being returned to you, within 28 days of our notification.
SALE ITEMS & CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE OR RETURNABLE
Colour, firmness and surface appearance of the products may vary because leather is a natural material, therefore these are not considered defects. We do not accept any of the above as claims.
WE DO OUR BEST to photograph the work but please keep in mind that the image colour may appear differently according to your computer screen.
